Provides additional information or requests user input.

Contain buttons for quick access 2 commonly used command.

Ribbons
Replaces menus and toolbars use tabs to organize commands.

Contextual Tabs
Automatically appear when needed.

Galleries
Replace many dialog boxes with visual presentations of potential results

Speech Recognition

Some applications support speech recognition by allowing voice input.


WORD PROCESSSOR
W.P allow to create, edit, save and print text based document. (e.g: newsletter, web pages)

FEATURES
Word wrap – basic features that automatically move the insertion point to the next line.
Editing features:
Thesaurus
Provides synonyms, antonyms n related words.

Find N Replaces

Locates( finds), removes, and inserts (replaces) another words.

Automatically locate misspelled words and grammatical problems.

COMPUTER TRAINERS instruct new users on the latest software or hardware. Teaching degree is preferred and experience with latest software or hardware is essential.
